No exercising really today, other than shopping on the tax free day. It was raining all day, and the Y was closed, so no swimming either.

Plus, I ate pretty awfully since I let my mom cook all day. Waffles for breakfast (made with the whole cholesterol laiden egg), and pork spare ribs, baked beans and potato salad for dinner. It was good, but I tried to limit the amount of it that I ate because I like my arteries being able to pump blood thru my body. :D

Tomorrow I am going to another BodyPump class at the Y, and hopefully swimming some laps. If the weather is too bad, I am going to hop on the treadmill instead.
